Simple Earning Structure:
-One point per eligible dollar spent
-Bonus points for eligible dollars spent on guestrooms, meeting rooms, banquet and in-house catering
-Option to split earned points up to three ways between planners
-Company Accounts for companies with policies that do not allow employees to earn points for planning corporate meetings/events

Meeting Planners who execute a Group Sales Agreement for an event at a Hyatt hotel or resort anywhere in the world (the “Hotel”) are eligible for the Hyatt Meeting Promise. The Hyatt Meeting Promise means that if the Meeting Planner’s expectations in terms of the service and/or quality of a meeting at a Hotel are not met, the Hotel will immediately take steps to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of the Meeting Planner and/or refund a portion of the master account as set forth herein.
For the purposes of the Hyatt Meeting Promise, “Meeting Planners” means the designated on-site contact as identified in the Group Sales Agreement. A “Group Sales Agreement” means the Hotel’s form group sales agreement used exclusively for events, excluding social events that include food and beverage purchases, meeting room space, and a minimum of ten (10) room nights.
