Located just outside the London Congestion Charge area The Holiday Inn London Bexley, gives quick access to both South East London and Kent via the A2 trunk road from the M25 J2. Our hotel is situated just 10 minutes from the famous Bluewater Shopping Centre, 20 minutes to Lakeside and 30 minutes by train to Central London, 15 minute from Brands Hatch Motor Racing Circuit, 10 minutes to Greenwich. The hotel has a state-of-the-art Conference Centre. The Academy for Meetings, Conferences, Banqueting, Weddings, Civil partnership, or Baby Naming Ceremonies.
Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to the Event Date – 50% of the total sum you have contracted to pay us. • If you cancel less than 12 weeks but more than 3 weeks prior to the Event Date – 75% of the total sum you have contracted to pay us. • lf you cancel less than three weeks prior to the Event Date – 100% of the total sum you have contracted to pay us. • If the final number of guests/delegates is less than the Guaranteed Minimum Number then a cancellation charge of the full revenue lost by us will apply.

We are a hybrid ready hotel and have solutions in place for in person and virtual attendees. Travel 75% of our monthly business reviews now take place online. We also conduct screening interviews virtually and communicate without travel whenever possible.
