Cancellation Policy

3 CANCELLATION (a) The Hotel may at its sole discretion reduce the Total Minimum Charge if the accommodation or services are reallocated.(The Client is advised to insure against the cost of cancellation). (b) All cancellations must be notified in writing by the Client to the Hotel at the Central Reservations Office (c) The Hotel may at its sole discretion cancel the Event if the Hotel considers that the Event will adversely affect the smooth operation of the Hotel or disturb its guests. (d) In the event that cancellation by the Hotel is deemed necessary, alternative, suitable arrangements will be made wherever possible. However, should no such alternative be available then we will provide you with as much notice as possible and refund any deposit in full. (e) Where there is cancellation of an entire event the following charges will apply: 6 - 12 Months prior 25& Cancellation Charge 4 - 6 Month prior 50% Cancellation Charge 2 - 4 month prior 75% Cancellation Charge 2 Months or Less prior 100% Cancellation Charge. The Client shall not less than 30 days before the event, (or where the booking is taken less than 30 days before the event, immediately), provide the Hotel with the completed FINAL DETAILS / COSTING ADDENDUM form supplied by the Hotel, and when signed by both parties it will form part of the Contract between them. If the Client wishes to increase the number attending the Event or extend the period of the Event as shown on the Booking Agreement / Receipt, the Hotel will endeavour to provide service and accommodation for such increased numbers or period and may increase its charges accordingly. The Hotel will not be liable for any failure to provide such additional accommodation or service.
