Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 10% deposit for events under £3,000 and 20% for events over £3,000 will be required on booking. All deposits are non-refundable unless transferred to another available date. Cancellation fees depend on notice given: Over 9 weeks: deposit lost 7-9 weeks: 30% 4-6 weeks: 50% 2-3 weeks: 75% 1 week: 100%
Facility Restrictions
Alcohol is not permitted on the grounds or public areas of Woodbrooke. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, no smoking is permitted inside the building. We are unable to accommodate pets with the exception of guide dogs. Please note we have a limited number of ground floor wheelchair accessible meeting rooms and bedrooms. Some areas of the grounds are not wheelchair accessible. Some meeting room equipment is only available in selected rooms, please ensure you request any requirements for equipment at the time of booking.

Our delegate packages are inclusive of room hire, all equipment hire (including laptop, LCD screen & projector and flip charts) unlimited hot drinks, a two course hot buffet lunch and freshly baked and biscuits throughout the day starting from just £30.00 per person (plus VAT).
