Priority Club Triple Points Reward Program 2013
At Crowne Plaza Hotel and Suites Minneapolis Airport Bloomington-Mall of America, everything we do is built around making your meeting a success, from our Two-Hour Response Guarantee to assigning you a dedicated Crowne Meetings Director. And right now, we’re making meetings even more rewarding with Triple Points—three times the points from Priority Club Rewards. All you have to do is book a qualified meeting before December 2013 and hold it before December 31, 2013.
Please contact us directly at (952) 876-8655 or sales@cpsuitesmsp.com
to plan your next meeting or event!
Here’s how it works:
1 – Meeting Planner must be a Priority Club Meeting Rewards member
2 – Provide their PCMR membership number and it must be recorded in the hotel sales contract at the time of booking
3 – Book a qualified meeting by December 2013, and conduct it by December 31th, 2013 at Crowne Plaza participating properties in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Mexico.
4 – Post meeting, your Sales Contact will submit your points.
5 – You save your points or redeem for great prizes, trips, and hotel/vacation stays for future dates.
Registration: Registration is not required; however, to be eligible for this promotion meeting planners must be PCMR members, must request the offer, and it must be recorded in the hotel sales contract at time of booking.
Timing: The promotion is valid only for qualified meetings booked by December, 2013 and consumed by December 31th, 2013. Following the departure of the group, the hotel will award bonus PCMR points to either one (1) meeting planner or two (2) meeting planners if the lead originated from a third party meeting planner.
Qualified Meeting: A qualified PCMR meeting requires at least 10 paid guest rooms for at least one peak night of the event and must include qualified catering/banqueting events.
Meeting Planner: The hotel will award base PCMR points (three points per $1US dollar spent up to a maximum of 60,000 points) in the same manner as base points are currently awarded. The meeting planner will then receive the triple bonus points offer as additional points based on the total number of qualified room nights.
Scenario: Meeting planner spends $10,000 on Guest Rooms and Event Charges
$10,000 x 3 points per dollar spent = 30,000 points
+ Triple Rewards 30,000 x 3 = 90,000 points
GRAND TOTAL 120,000 points!!
