Cancellation Policy
Our lodge and Bob Timberlake Inn offers a flexible 7 day cancelation policy. This cancelation policy allows for guests to cancel 7 days prior to the date of arrival with no penalty. Our condominiums have a 21 day cancelation policy. Guests must cancel 21 days prior to their date of arrival to avoid any cancelation fee. These policies may change depending on the groups needs.
Facility Restrictions
Pets on the first floor of the lodge only. Chetola Resort is a smoke free facility.
