Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION NO CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE CHARGED IF: • the cancellation request is received 80 days prior to the group’s arrival and if itconcerns 9% (or less) of the total number of rooms confirmed; or • the cancellation request is received between the 79 and 36 days prior to the group’s arrival and if it concerns 5% (or less) of the total number arrival and if it concerns 5% (or less) of the total number of rooms confirmed. PARTIAL CANCELLATION FEES 10% cancellation fees will be charged if: - the cancellation request isreceived 80 days prior to the group’s arrival and ifit concerns 10% (or more) of the total number of rooms confirmed. 30% cancellation fees will be charged if: -the cancellation request is received between the 79 and 36 days prior to thegroup’s arrival and if it concerns 6% (or more) of the total number of rooms confirmed. 40% cancellation fees will apply for any cancellation request received betweenthe 35 and 20 days prior to the group’s arrival; and 80% cancellation fees will apply for any cancellation request received betweenthe the 19 and 4 days prior to the group’s arrival. Cancellation of any service already paid for by the hotel will be charged FULL CANCELLATION FEES 100% cancellation fees will be charged: for any cancellation request received less than four days prior to the group’s arrival in case of “no-show”.
