Cancellation Policy
By 48 hours before the arrangement begins the precise number of participants should be called. If not so, the ordered number is used as calculation basis. The definitive number of participants should not fall short of 90% of the requested number of participants, but the hotel reserves itself the right to calculate the prices anew. If more participants are present in the arrangement than booked before, the actual number is the basis of all banquet calculations. If these are less participants, the number which was told us before counts. The prices contain the valid legal value added tax.(V.A.T.) If the V.A.T. changes after completion of the contract, the agreed prices change accordingly. Please notice , that our general terms of business count for every contract. We calculate cancellation terms - till 4 weeks before the arrangement beginning free of charge - till 3 weeks before the arrangement beginning to 30% of the whole reservation - till 2 weeks before the arrangement beginning we calculate 60% of the whole reservation - till 1 week before the arrangement beginning we calculate 80% of the whole reservation - to 2 days before the arrangement beginning we calculate 100% of the whole reservation - to 48 hours before the arrangement beginning 10% can be cancelled by the originally booked number free of charge
