Cancellation Terms Waived for groups with 10 or more sleeping rooms on a given evening*
• Zero Penalty if a meeting is cancelled at least 90 days prior to the event
• 50% of the cancellation fee credited towards a future meeting and to be held by 31 December, 2013 should you cancel within 90 days of the meeting and before 7 days prior to arrival
• Flexible cancellation terms also available for full day and evening catering only events
No Attrition Rate Charges*
• No penalty if the minimum number of hotel room booked is not achieved
No Food and Beverage Minimums*
• No minimum on food and beverage spend

Groups must be contracted prior to 31 August, 2013 and consumed 13 May, 2013 – 31 August, 2013.
