Branson Airport (BKG)

Opened in 2009, the recent $155-million Branson Airport is the first privately financed and operated commercial service airport in the U.S. The airport is located just 10 miles south of Branson, providing easy access to the downtown region and the Branson Convention Center. Branson Airport features nonstop service to Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, Houston and Orlando (beginning April 16, 2012), as well as such amenities as shopping and dining, as well as short-term and long-term parking.

Springfield-Branson National opened a new $115-million terminal in 2009. Historic Downtown Branson Discovery Trolley

The Historic Downtown Branson Discovery Trolley provides free daily trolley service throughout historic downtown and Branson Landing. Visitors may easily access shopping and dining destinations, as well as the Branson Convention Center, aboard the trolley. Service runs from 9 AM to 6 PM daily; two trolleys run the loop every 15 minutes during operating hours.

Branson Airport features a rental car counter for Enterprise, while the Springfield-Branson National Airport features rental car counters for Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty. You can also rent from Avis a short distance from the Branson Airport.
