Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation, or reduction in the number of reserved suites or days must be notified in writing. Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore reserves the right to levy the following cancellation policy at a fee equivalent to the rates provided 60 days in advance No fee incurred Less than 60 days 50% cancellation fee Less than 21 days 100% cancellation fee All cancellations must be submitted in writing to palmcove@lancemore.com.au

Alamanda Palm Cove is a three level walk up resort. We do not have any lifts within the complex. All of our suites are located over all three levels. As such we have a very limited number of ground floor suites over the 3 levels in the different suite categories. As standard, all guests' requests are noted, and preference will be given to guests' with limited or no mobility, however we cannot guarantee these
