In line with the current government regulations, InterContinental Cairo Citystars has introduced additional steps and measures to ensure the well-being of our guests and employees including: • Upon arrival to hotel entrance, guest temperature is being checked. Reflecting the advice of the World Health Organization and government regulations, we have enhanced our procedures to include additional deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces. • As an additional level of precaution, guest room entrance is limited except to perform housekeeping service every 5 days, should a guest like more frequent housekeeping service, we are happy to provide it where a 4 - hour window is available, guest room must be vacant and request must be received by 9 AM. • Meeting rooms’ capacities have been revised to reinforce social distancing.
