Each and every event hosted at Brookhaven Country Club receives personalized service and outstanding food and beverages, along with a number of additional amenities, including:
- Standard banquet chairs and tables
- Plateware, glassware, and silverware
- Set up and break down
- Reception to last up to 4 hours
- Set up access at least 2 hours prior to wedding
- Dance floor
- On-site Banquet Manager
- Lap length table cloths in color choice of black, ivory or white
- Napkins in black, ivory or white and your choice of fold
- Centerpieces: Your choice of bubble bowls or hurricane glasses
and mirror tiles. Only the glassware is provided. Host responsible for candles,
floral or other decor
- Skirted DJ, cake, gift, and guest sign-in tables
- Cake cutting services
* All food and beverages must be prepared by Brookhaven Country Club's culinary team. Outside catering is not allowed except for cuisines in which our chef cannot prepare for. (i.e., kosher, indian, or nigerian).
Private Room right off of the Lobby. This room has warm carpeting, crown moulding and sliding private doors.
The Ballroom offers high vaulted ceilings with grand chandeliers, marble tile flooring and crown mouldings. This room is best used for receptions, seminars, banquets, tournaments, auctions, charity events, holiday parties and more.
Add on the Directors or Presidents rooms for additional space accommodations.
High vaulted ceilings, marble tile floorings, grand chandeliers, and crown mouldings set the perfect stage for virtually any event.
Expansive floor to ceiling window views of our resort style pools and patio. This room is spacious with rich carpeting, decorative chandeliers, mouldings and mirrors.
The Garden Terrace room has a private entrace from the patio along with decorative crown mouldings and rich carpeting. This room accommodates between 25 and 90 guests at maximum.
The Fireside room has a permanent custom built conference table large enough to accommodate 24 guests with a flat screen TV and expansive window views.
The Fireside Lounge accomodates up to 16 guests for an intimate affair. This room has rich carpeting, crown mouldings, a built in fireplace and unique chandeliers. If you choose, the room can open up to a private built in bar.
The Main Dining Room can open into the Garden Terrace room for larger events needing auction tables, more seating for their guests, casino tables and more.
These rooms open to one another creating a great space for cocktail hour before dinner, a good breakout meeting room, room for a shower, and other uses.
Private Room on the opposite side of the Directors room and Ballroom. This room has warm carpeting, crown moulding and sliding private doors. The Presidents room cannot be rented alone; must be coupled with the Ballroom or Garden Terrace rooms.
The Ballroom and Main Dining Room combined offers an expansive room perfect for events with entertainment and/or presentations for groups from 200 to 400.
