Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS OF FUNCTION SPACE: Details: Applicable Date Cancellation Fee 61 days prior to Event date <<date>> 25% Between 60-31 days prior to Group arrival <<date>> 50% From 30 days prior to Group arrival <<date>> 100% The parties agree that the terms included in this Cancellation clause are reasonable estimates of the losses that would be incurred by Hotel and is independent of the Hotel’s ability to mitigate its losses through resale. 61 days prior to Event date-Cancellation Fee is 25% Between 60-31 days prior to Group arrival-Cancellation Fee is 50% From 30 days prior to Group arrival-Cancellation Fee is 100%

Additional Information

FUNCTION SPACE: • The Hotel reserves the right to reallocate function space in order to provide the best suitable fit for size and quality of the event on the Event Dates in case of changes in the number of delegates. • If you require the venue earlier/later for set –up then additional rental charges are applicable. • The set-up/ tear-down are the clients responsibility and these works would give the least possible disturbance to the Hotels normal operations. Extra workers for porterage or technical assistance may be provided by the Hotel at an additional cost (to be advised). • The hotel guarantees the provision of food and beverage services for the attendees, confirmed 10 days prior to the beginning of the event, with a maximum of 10% guests in excess. • In case of change of meeting room set up during the same day of usage, additional labor cost will be applicable as deemed necessary by the hotel.CUT-OFF DATE AND FINAL NUMBERS: Group agrees to provide its final program (Menu Set up Etc) to Hotel no later than 30 days prior to event In the event that a final program is not submitted by this date, Group agrees that Hotel may at its option release all or part of space held for Group. *Billing will be based on contracted or actual numbers, whichever is greater. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Due to licensing requirements and quality control, all food and beverage served at Hotel must be supplied and prepared by Hotel. Menu prices will be confirmed in writing by the hotel prior to the event. Changes if any done will be included in the Final Invoice.
