Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a room reservation must be made before 1pm on the arrival date unless stated otherwise on your booking terms and conditions. If you cancel a room reservation before 1pm on the day of arrival and have paid for the room in advance, a full refund will be processed to the same payment method. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation. If you cancel a room reservation after 1pm on the arrival date and have not already paid for the room in advance you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked.
