More

Our hotel is centrally located downtown and is in close proximity to corporate and government offices, Edmonton Convention Centre, shopping, arts district, Rogers Place, ICE District ( entertainment plaza) and of course, Canada’s largest urban park, the River Valley. Our guestrooms, meeting space and Riverside Bistro, offer panoramic views of the North Saskatchewan River. Whether you are attending an event or simply dining with us, you can enjoy the spectacular view and have an incredible experience. Our typical business mix is 60-70% transient and 20-30% group. Our opportunity for larger groups comes from citywide events and events hosted by Edmonton Convention Centre. Our current strategy is to continue to push for ADR to compensate the shortfall in room nights from special corporate. Increase group rooms in the funnel and have base so we can push for ADR. Our typical months where group is softer are ( January, July, August).
