Cancellation Policy
1/ Reservation conditions • Confirmation of the reservation by return of this duly completed and signed proposal, and the sales conditions hereafter initialed. • Payment of the deposit. 2/ Cancellation conditions Total cancellation • Cancellation at more than 30 days by 18:00: free of charge • Cancellation between the 29th day and the 22nd day by 18:00 before arrival: 30% of the total net amount • Cancellation between the 21st day and the 14th day by 18:00 before arrival: 50% of the total net amount • Cancellation between the 13th day and the 8th day by 18:00 before arrival: 75% of the total net amount • Cancellation 7 days by 18:00 or less before arrival: 100% of the total net amount • No- show on the day of arrival: 100% of the total net amount Partial cancellation / change in the number of participants For any variation of less than 10% of the initially confirmed numbers: If upward modification, subject to availability and re-confirmation of the hotel If the change is downward, subject to the following penalties: • Cancellation more than 3 days before arrival: No cancellation fee • Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total net amount • No-show on the day of arrival: 100% of the total net amount For any variation exceeding 10% of the confirmed numbers, the cancellation conditions will be those stipulated in Article 2 under Total Cancellation. 3/ Terms of payment • Deposit of 30% to be paid at time of reservation • Remaining balance of 70% to be paid 7 days prior to the start of the event
