Cancellation Policy

To receive a 100% refund of deposit, notice of cancellation must be received by the Special Events Office in writing 270 days prior to the date scheduled and reserved. To receive a 25% refund of the deposit, a cancellation notice must be received no later than 180 days prior to event. To receive a 10% refund of the deposit, a cancellation notice must be received no later than 90 days prior to event. A Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to event shall forfeit deposit amount in total.
