Our Staff will provide the perfect setting and assist you in all arrangements to help create those memorable moments. A list of caterers is available to handle all of your food service needs. Alcohol is arranged by you with our licensed vendor.
Rental hours are from 7am-11:30pm.
The Grand Ballroom seats 400 at rounds for a banquet or 700 theater for a meeting. Our stage is moveable and the room comes with one corded microphone to the house sound system and adjustable lighting. From wedding receptions to meetings or church events, this room is quite adaptable to your needs.
The Chattahoochee is just to the right of the elevator on the second floor and has a door leading directly into the Ballroom. Perfect for meetings as well as parties, it has a gas log fireplace.
The Sidney Lanier seats up to 150 theater or 104 at rounds of 8
The Chestatee Room is a great meeting or party space. There is a 25' x 40' permanent wooden dance floor surrounded by boxed pillars. It seats 104 at rounds on two walls with space for head and food tables which leaves the dance floor fully available. The stone wall on one side has a fireplace arch which is perfect for photo ops or a cake location.
Longstreet 2 is used for meetings and parties. It seats 80 theater with space for presentation at the front or up to 56 at rounds for a meal.
The Board Room has a permanent board set for 16 at comfortable arm chairs, windows on two sides, one round table to the side and a small sink/counter space. Beverages are available by request.
The Gaines is our smallest room and is used for meetings, workshops and parties. It seats 15 classroom or 24 at rounds.
The Martha Hope Cabin is a rustic log cabin built in the 1930's by the Civilian Conservations Corps. The ceiling is open-vaulted with log beams. It has an amphitheater out back where small weddings are often held and picnic tables outside. There are front and back porches and a full kitchen for self-catering. Rectangular tables and chairs are provided for the customer to set up. This is a great retreat setting and often hosts parties or reunions when families are involved. Small weddings can be held inside or outside. Has full heat/air.
Fair Street Neighborhood Center was opened in April 2008 and works for meetings, weddings or parties. It has one large room which can be split in half with an airwall and has a small conference room for 10 people. The catering kitchen can be rented or customers may use one of our listed caterers with no additional fee. Customers may also bring in their own food for a small self-catering fee.
