Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: 1 Day event = 1 Week prior | 2 day event = 2 weeks prior | 3 days or more = 4 weeks prior | 100% room hire will be charged in the event of cancellation & 50% of all projected Food & Beverage costs if cancelled inside above timeframes. All final numbers required 48 hours in advance – these will be minimum numbers charged for
