The 331 guestrooms and the associated dining, meeting, leisure and amusement facilities of the second phase will be constructed under higher standards and requirements. By then, the well-equipped conference center, the outdoor cafe on the town square and the international restaurants that offer delicate dishes, etc. will be available together with other amenities in the town.
