The Horseshoe Inn is the part of the Prestige Collection, is to be found in the picturesque town of Herstmonceux overlooking the famous observatory and castle with spectacular and panoramic views of the Pevensey Levels. Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, all cancellations must be made via the online reservations system www.relaxinnz.co.uk Your reservation confirmation will specify a cancellation deadline (noon two days prior to arrival); up until this deadline, cancellations can be made free-of-charge. If the reservation is cancelled after this date, then the individual cancellation terms of the individual hotel shall apply. In the event of accommodation not being taken up, without any cancellation, then a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for the full cost of the stay.
