Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation until 16.00 hrs. local Egyptian time two days prior to the scheduled arrival date without being charged. For cancellations past this time or no-shows, the credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged with the first night's stay amount, unless your online hotel reservation required a non-refundable, full payment in advance at the time of booking or a minimum length of stay. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Failure to show after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to change this cancellation policy without further notice during peak periods.
