Cancellation Policy
6 months before event: 25% of the full value of Proforma invoice/ License fee 3 month before event: 50% of the full value of Proforma invoice/ License fee. 1 month before event: 75% of the full value of Proforma invoice/ License fee. 2 weeks before event: 100% of the full value of Proforma invoice/ License fee.
Additional Information
Three Halls (Centrally Air Conditioned Hall measuring about 3500 SQM each, with adequate lighting facility). Conference Halls in various sizes ranging from 12 pax to 200pax (Centrally Air Conditioned, with adequate lighting, seating facilities, etc.). Launching in Sept 2019, State of art,Convention venue of 8100 sqmt. with a seating capacity of 7000 pax. Hall can be divided into 4 equal sound proof parts of 1822 sqmt. Open exhibition area of 30,000 SQM in different options.
