Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY ** Any event held at Ibiza Gran Hotel will be paid in 3 non-refundable deposits. - 1st deposit (30%) of the total cost of the event) to be paid upon contract signing - 2nd deposit 50%) to be paid 1.5 months before the event starts - 3rd deposit (20%) to be paid 15 days before the event starts Total cancellation done before group’s arrival will incur no charge but any deposit paid to the hotel by the client will not be refunded. Partial cancellation Up to 90 days prior to the group ´s arrival (25% of the contracted rooms) – can be cancelled without charge – Any cancellation exceeding 20% rooms of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 25% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 89 days and 60 days prior to the group ´s arrival - (15% of the contracted rooms) can be cancelled without charge - any cancellation exceeding rooms of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 59 days and 30 days prior to the group ´s arrival - (10% of the contracted rooms) rooms can be cancelled without charge - any cancellation exceeding rooms of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 75% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 29 days and 15 days prior to the group ´s arrival - (5% of the contracted rooms) room can be cancelled without charge - any cancellation exceeding room of the contracted rooms will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. Between 14 days and the day of arrival - - any cancellation will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the rooms cancelled. * (a) When F&B services are requested and reserved in private room, cancellation fees will apply for functions rooms. * The Hotel reserves the right to adjust meeting room space in case nº of rooms and attendants alter. * Between 14 days and the event date 100% of the total of the proforma invoice will be invoiced * All services cancelled within 48hours of arriving date are considered as “NO SHOW”, being billed for the total length of stay. * All Early Departures will be charged for the full length of stay as indicated * Deposits paid are not refundable and will be used to cover cancellation policy.
