Your reservation will be considered as confirmed upon receipt of your deposit or credit card guarantee covering the appropriate amount. Cancellation is free of charge only if notified up to 2 days in advance of schedule date of arrival. In the event of cancellations not submitted within the deadlines, the VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel & Spa will invoice for 80% of the room fee.
