Cancellation Policy

ROOM CANCELLATION POLICIES: 50 rooms and below * 30 days prior arrival: 20% of rooms blocked without penalty * 14 days prior arrival: 10% of rooms blocked without penalty * Within 14 days: 1 room night charge automatically base on rooms blocked 51 rooms and above * 45 days prior arrival: 20% rooms blocked without penalty * 30 days prior arrival: 15% rooms blocked without penalty * 14 days prior arrival: 10% rooms blocked without penalty * Below 14 days: 1 room night charge automatically base on rooms blocked CATERING CANCELLATION POLICIES 1. Both parties agree that there shall be no right of termination of this agreement for the sole purpose of holding the same function space in Jakarta. 2. In the event this agreement is cancelled or postponed, the organization shall be assessed and cancelled fee as follows: (a) No refund will be considered under any “Force Majeure”, ie means acts of God, war (whether declared or not), invasion, revolution, insurrection, fire or other acts of a similar nature or force, which are beyond the control of the both Parties. (b) No refund will be considered for to travel ban, avian flu, internal problems. 3. In the event this agreement is cancelled or postponed, the following cancellation fees will apply automatically: (a) Within 14 days, 75% of total estimated amount guaranteed charged in favor of the Hotel (b) Less than 7 days, 100% of the estimated total amount guaranteed charged in favor of Hotel 4. This Letter of Agreement constitutes all of the understanding and agreement of whatsoever nature or kind existing between the Hotel Borobudur Jakarta and PT. Graha Banten Lampung Sejahtera with respect to Function arrangement. 5. This Letter of Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia. 6. This Letter of Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and this has the same effect as if the signatures on the counterparts were on a single copy of this Letter. 7. This Letter of Agreement shall be binding upon each of the parties hereto and shall inure solely to the benefit of the parties, their respective successors, and no other person shall acquire or has any right under or by virtue of this letter.
