The setting is the exclusive leafy suburb of Melrose right in the business, shopping and financial hubs. The hotel is a convenient 200 meter walk from the Rosebank Gautrain Tube Station, which links with Sandton, Johannesburg CBD, Pretoria and OR Tambo International Airport. The abundance of shopping malls, boutiques, restaurants, cinemas, banks, foreign exchange bureaus, ATMs and street cafes are all on our doorstep. Designed by renowned South African interior designer Derrick Tabbert, The Winston Hotel has thirty guest rooms that are styled either in 'La Bijou' a magnificent French Boudoir feel, 'English Country' a classic sense of an English manor house or 'Royal Safari' the luxurious colonial style of a bygone era. All rooms are finished in striking combinations of teak floors, paneled walls and high ceilings. We offer the facilities for both private and corporate functions and events. Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 34 people, and we can assist with groups of up to 80 people for a more informal function.
