Reservations are held until 48 hrs prior to arrival date, unless guaranteed. You may guarantee your reservation by means of a bank transfer or by making payment online on our website. Failure to guarantee your reservation 48 hrs prior to arrival will result in your room/s being automatically released. Should your reservation be made less than 48 hrs prior to arrival, please note that your room/s will be held until 14:00 hrs on day of arrival, unless guaranteed with payment. In the event of a cancellation, kindly notify the hotel in writing at least 48 hrs prior to arrival. A non-arrival or late cancellation of the room will result in one night’s accommodation charges being levied.
