Cancellation Policy

90 Days prior to group arrival Cancellation of up to 10% of the total room block is allowed without penalty. In the event that the entire group cancels more than 90 days prior to arrival date – the hotel will hold the 1st deposit paid 89 - 60 Days prior to group arrival Cancellation of up to 10% of the remaining rooms held is allowed without penalty In the event that the entire group cancels within this period, 25% of the total anticipated accommodation, will be charged 59 - 30 Days prior to group arrival A full rooming list and full pre-payment of all accommodation and known food, beverage and miscellaneous costs is required. In the event that the entire group cancels within this period, 50% of the total anticipated accommodation, food and beverage revenue will be charged 29 Days -72 Hours prior to group arrival Cancellation of up to 5% of the remaining rooms held is allowed without penalty. In the event of the entire group cancels within this period, 90% of all anticipated revenue will be charged. 72 hours or less and No Show Rooms Rooms which are not cancelled by the guest or Organiser but where guests fail to occupy the room on the day of check in, charges are applicable for the full number of nights booked at a full group rate each night. In the event that the entire group cancels less than 15 days prior group arrival date, 100% of all anticipated revenue will be charged
