Cancellation Policy

If the customer decides to cancel the conference service reservation under this agreement, the hotel company has the right not to refund the deposit paid by the customer as the cancellation fee. If the customer cancels more than 5% of the total number of reservations on the day of the meeting, the hotel company will charge the cancellation fee for the night when the number of rooms cancelled . Forcancellations of any restaurant reservations, the customer shall notify the hotel company in writing five (5) days prior to the commencement of the meeting. If the customer fails to notify the hotel company within the specified time, the hotel has the right to charge the cancellation fee at 100% of the restaurant reservation fee.
