If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation, Best Western Greater London Hotel requires the notification only in written form via email by 11.00 AM, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge for first night’s room rate. Any other forms for cancellations will not be accepted. Also, if your booking is advance purchase or non-refundable any cancellations or amendments cannot be done free of charge.
