Additional Information

With 12 meeting rooms, and 22,343 sq. ft of versatile meeting and event space, energize your meetings or special events at the Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown. Whatever the occasion, we’ll create an atmosphere that’ll engage your attendees and amplify your celebrations. Take the elevator to the 18th floor for a bird's-eye view of our slice of Los Angeles from 18 Social. Experience our elegant lobby with an inviting, centrally located restaurant and lobby bar. Our city and neighborhoods are truly a melting pot, and represent one of the most culturally dynamic culinary scenes in the world. We have designed our menus to reflect that diversity, concentrating on regional flavors and local favorites. Our chefs have created menus featuring small bites such as tuna poke tacos, duck confit quesadillas as well as Los Angeles inspired favorites such as the French dip. Metropole Kitchen, the hotel’s ground floor restaurant, offers innovative twists on local classics. MBK features a distinctive circular entrance, representing the 11 miles of tunnels underground which criss-cross our local neighborhood streets. These tunnels were originally conceived as an alternate transportation system connecting key infrastructure in the downtown core. They also famously carried contraband during prohibition and were home to many off the city’s unmarked watering holes, frequented by police, politicians, and many members of the general public. MBK has a modern yet relaxed ambiance which bridges the gap between our inspirational past and our aspirational future. The décor echoes LA’s classic Golden Age while reminding guests of the revitalization of our colorful historic core. The entire hotel is an homage to the time when LA boomed, when Chaplin and Keaton used our streets as the backdrop to countless films, when the Fiesta de las Flores brought presidents and kings to Flower street, when uncounted gala movie openings made Broadway a parade of shimmering chiffon.
