Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, delay in occupancy, or early departure by the Client or Guest after the Letter of Responsibility and/or the Guest Lease Agreement have been duly executed, or the Unit request is confirmed by the Client by any other manner, the Client shall be responsible for all rents and related expenses pertaining to such Unit unless Oakwood is able to re-rent the Unit to another party for the remaining duration of the original commitment, inclusive of any extension notices provided to Oakwood. The Client shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Oakwood, including but not limited to, any and all fees incurred in re-letting the Unit through outside agents or brokers, installation and service charges associated with the preparation of the Unit, all fees and cancellation charges, and any special requests made by the Client or Guest. In the event a hotel has been contracted, the Client is liable for the specific hotel cancellation fee plus ten percent (10%).
