Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable once paid. In some cases we may allow a deposit to remain on account for 1 year from the date of cancellation and be re-used for another event of similar size.

Additional Information
The Olympic Collection has two Executive Chefs and many cooks and is proud to have three A-Rated kitchens on site, including a Kosher kitchen under Rabbinical Council of California (RCC) supervision. Many of our menus are shown on our website. Please contact us for pricing information. We specialize in Continental and World Cuisines as well as American and Regional American. Persian, Russian, Armenian and other middle eastern traditional style catering is available and we allow mezze/zakusi and alcohol on tables. Korean, Caribbean and South African menus are available from us as well. We do not allow food from outside sources, with few exceptions: Nigerian/Senegalese/African, Ethiopian and Indian (although we also have an in-house Indian chef and can provide that food). In that case we charge for room rental including dance floor, tables, chairs, china, silver, glassware, use of a staging kitchen, Banquet Captain & Servers. All bar is provided by Olympic Collection and may not be brought in except table wines or champagne charged by corkage. Current sales tax is 9% and Service Charge is 21%. Rooms can also be rented with no food for meetings; a water table is provided. Podiums are likewise complimentary as is the Registration table and chairs (as many as needed) and trash basket.
