Cancellation Policy

The rates offered are based on the total gross revenue anticipated by the hotel from your agreement to use and pay for the accommodations described herein. You agree and understand that in the event of a cancellation or lack of full performance by you, the hotel’s actual damages would be difficult to determine. Therefore, you agree to pay reasonable liquidated damages to the Hotel for cancellation or lack of performance as described below. Should the room nights actually utilized during the contracted dates be less than 80% of the Total Room Nights, you agree to pay the difference between 80% of the Total Room Nights and your actual usage of rooms, multiplied by the average group room rate, plus applicable lodging taxes in effect at time of check-in. Additionally, you agrees to pay all contracted room rental charges regardless of actual meeting room usage. As related to the Function Space Agenda herein, in the event of a cancellation of an event or a portion of an event at least 10 business days prior to the function, Hotel will not hold the group accountable for the related food and beverage or audio/visual charges. With notice of cancellation less than 10 business days prior to the function, the Hotel reserves the right to collect from the group in full for all ordered food, beverage, audio/visual, in addition to the afore mentioned room rental charges.
