The lodge overlooks the park’s Wallace Adams Golf Course. Located near McRae, the 1,265 acres of high sandhills and pine forests at this middle Georgia park provide a beautiful setting for family getaways, group meetings and conferences. Guests will enjoy the park’s 18-hole golf course, 265-acre lake, lighted tennis courts, swimming pool and beach, boating facilities, miniature golf, nature trail, and many other exciting recreational opportunities.
Wallace Adams Course has breathtaking surroundings and impeccable conditioning. With loblolly pines, magnolias and willows line the broad Tif 419 Bermuda fairways. The newer front side is a bit tight and demands shotmaking skills, while the older back nine is more open and presents its challenge via doglegs and smaller more sloped Tif Dwarf Bermuda greens. On-site lodge and restaurant make this a true golf destination.
