Cancellation Policy

90 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT/GROUP ARRIVAL DATE Event: Should the entire booking be cancelled, the initial deposit will be retained and no further penalty will apply. Accommodation: Up to 10% of the group room block contracted may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellation in excess of this amount will be charged a fee equal to a quarter (25%) of the contracted group accommodation total in addition to the non-refundable deposit. Should the entire booking be cancelled, the initial deposit will be retained and no further penalty will apply. BETWEEN 90 AND 60 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT/GROUP ARRIVAL DATE Event: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total contracted food, beverage and room hire total will be charged. Accommodation: A further 10% of the remaining group room block contracted may be cancelled without charge. Cancellations in excess of this amount will be incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation. BETWEEN 60 AND 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT/GROUP ARRIVAL DATE Event: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total contracted food, beverage and room hire total will be charged. Accommodation: At 30 days prior to group arrival, the final number of rooms is due. Any rooms remaining will be released. Rooms released in excess of 10% will incur a cancellation fee of all night’s accommodation released. BETWEEN 29 DAYS AND EVENT/GROUP ARRIVAL DATE Event & Accommodation: Full (100%) cancellation fees apply for all venue hire, estimated food & beverage revenue cancelled, plus accommodation room revenue cancelled or in the event of a non-arrival (no-show).
