Port Authority of Allegheny County Bus System
The Port Authority of Allegheny County Bus System provides daily bus, light rail, incline and paratransit service in a 775-square-mile area in downtown Pittsburgh and its surrounding Allegheny County suburbs. Eight bus routes service Monroeville, including the Route 28X Airport Flyer, which stops at the Pittsburgh International Airport. Bus fares run by zone; a one-way Zone 1 fare costs $2.25 for adults and $1.10 for children ages 6 to 11, while a one-way Zone 2 fare costs $3.25 for adults and $1.60 for children.
