Traveling East on I-10: Take Exit 234b at Poydras St. and the Superdome. Continue south 7 blocks to Carondelet. The hotel is on the right. Traveling West on I-10: Take Exit 235b at Canal and the Superdome. Turn right onto Frontage Rd, and then left onto Poydras St. Go 7 blocks and the hotel is on the right. Traveling from Louis Armstrong International Airport: Turn left onto Airline Dr. Airline Dr becomes US-61 South. Turn right to take I-10 East. Take the Poydras St Exit (234b). Go 7 blocks and the hotel is on the right.

Located in the beautifully restored Cumberland Phone Building at Poydras and Carondelet built in 1917, the Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans is the perfect starting point for exploring the “Crescent City”. Drury Inn acquired the building in December 1997 and implemented a design that includes a restored facade, preserving many of the terra-cotta highlights from the original Cumberland Phone Building. Through careful renovation, the lobby and front desk areas of imported marble and granite utilize many features of the original building to reflect period architecture, including the high ceilings, large windows and ornamental staircase. Waterford crystal is used throughout the building, for chandeliers and light fixtures. Historic elegance is built into every feature of the Drury Plaza Hotel - New Orleans, blending the memories of the past with all of the amenities and luxuries of the present. With stops in the Central Business District, Garden District and Uptown, the streetcar is a convenient way to see the city and drop you right back at the hotel. Group cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival or failure to comply with attrition clause results in cancellation fee being calculated as a percentage of lost revenue. Individual cancellation is 24 hours prior to arrival.
