Cancellation Policy

If CLIENT cancels any Event covered by this AGREEMENT, CLIENT agrees to pay MANAGER the following amounts as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, and the parties agree that such amounts constitute reasonable provision for liquidated damages: If CLIENT cancels more than three (3) months before the first move-in day of the Event, the initial deposit (which is usually ½ of the rent) as shown in this AGREEMENT shall be retained by MANAGER as liquidated damages within ten (10) days of the invoice. If CLIENT cancels less than three (3) months before the first move-in day of the Event, the entire base rent as shown in this AGREEMENT shall be payable to MANAGER as liquidated damages within ten (10) days of the invoice. In the event of any cancellation by CLIENT, regardless of notice given, MANAGER shall be reimbursed for any and all expenditures undertaken by MANAGER on CLIENT'S behalf, in addition to the liquidated damages provided above. Cancellation of the AGREEMENT as a result of unforeseen occurrences such as terrorist acts that prevent or substantially curtail travel; an Act of God, including national disasters; or any other act or casualty generally construed to be a Force Majeure Event will result in no damages being due to either party.

Facility Restrictions

Turf Availability: Turf field available from August - January. Certain dates are held for potential NFL football games; NFL football schedule is typically released in late spring preceding the upcoming season.
