Facility Restrictions
The Flatotel's Conference Center is conveniently connected to the hotel.
The center has two floors of meeting space, on the 1st floor is the Midtown Ballroom, 2,350 sq. ft. It an hold up to 200 people theater style, 120 classroom style, 150 banquet style.
The 2nd floor has two separate meeting rooms that are very flexible and can hold from 10 to 50 people that includes 19 separate breakout rooms with natural daylight.
These two room are perfect for meetings that require a lot of medium to small separate breakout rooms.
The Flatotel staff is eager to assist you with any request you may have. Our Catering menus are flexible, food is delicious and the presentaiton is fabulous!
