Niagara Falls, ON Meeting Planning Overview

The largest of Niagara Falls event venues is the Scotiabank Convention Centre, which has 288,000 square feet of space. Its 81,000-square-foot exhibit hall can accommodate 7,000, and a ballroom, a theater and 6,000 square feet of pre-function space are also available.

Hotel venues in Niagara Falls account for more than 16,000 guest rooms. Groups of up to 650 can reserve one of the 500-room Hilton Niagara Falls' 13 meeting spaces, which total 12,000 square feet. The Hilton is connected to the Fallsview Casino Resort (which features 35,000 square feet of meeting space and the 374-room Hotel at Fallsview). With stunning falls views and an ample 10,000 square feet of space, the 432-room Marriott Niagara Falls can accommodate 500 guests and has seven event spaces. The 265-room Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls offers four event venues for up to 350 guests that total 5,300 square feet of well-appointed meeting space in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Less than 20 minutes outside Niagara Falls, groups can explore more than 90 vineyards. Located in the Niagara-on-the-Lake region, 25 guests can enjoy scenic vineyard views with floor-to-ceiling windows at Hillebrand Winery's Vineyard Pavilion, with smaller spaces for intimate gatherings available or try the trendy new Ravine Vineyard, which can host almost any event ranging from 10 to up to 600 persons, such as weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, social club meetings, car clubs, or corporate meetings. They have a variety of structured venues and spaces to accommodate groups in an intimate and extraordinary setting. Elsewhere, the Queenston Heights Park Pavilion, a historic War of 1812 site, offers space for 800 with covered pavilions for gorgeous outdoor gatherings.
