Cancellation Policy
Groups: Group contract required for all groups of 8 or more rooms. Group cancellation is based on a sliding scale upon signature of contract. Group cancel within 30 days of arrival is a [enalty of 100% value of room/tax contracted. Between one year and 30 days prior to arrival penalty ranges between 50-85% of the value of room/tax contracted. Standard attrition clause for group contract is 90% guarantee (10% reduction without penalty). Individual reservations are cancellable at 72 hours or more prior to arrival. Within 72 hours is a penalty of one night room/tax.

Lighthouse Lodge & Cottages is a unique hotel, offering travelers an experience unlike any other. The property is split into two separate sides, the Lodge side, and the Cottage side. Each side has its own set of amenities and unique offerings. All guests check in at the same location, on the Lodge side of the property. The Lodge side offers hotel rooms complete with private patio or balcony, and all rooms booked on this side include a continental breakfast in the Lodge Breakfast Room. The swimming pool (closed in off-season) is available to all guests, and is also located on the Lodge side of the property. The Cottage side of the property offers larger, cottage style rooms with fireplaces. Reservations made for this section of the property also come with a made-to-order chef style breakfast in the Cottage Breakfast Room. Cottage side reservations also include an evening hors d'oeuvres & wine reception from 4:30-6:00 pm every night. The Cottage side also has exterior fireplaces and seating available for use by any of our guests.
