Cancellation Policy

Up to 31 days prior to arrival, 10% of the total amount of accommodation revenues per day may be cancelled without any penalties. If cancelation exceeds this percentage, the Client will send to the Hotel a written notice and will be charged for all fees due to the Hotel as indicated below (except in the case of a Force Majeure). The parties agree that the amounts included in this cancellation clause are reasonable estimated of the losses that would be incurred by the Hotel and factor in the Hotel’s ability to mitigate its losses through resale. Cancellation received in writing Amount due: From the Agreement Date to 180 days prior arrival 20% of the total cancelled amount From 179 days to 91 days prior to arrival 5 50% of the total cancelled amount From 90 days to 31 days prior to arrival 80% of the total cancelled amount Within 30 days or less prior to arrival 100% of the total cancelled amount
