In the event of cancellation, the client may cancel the function by written notice to the hotel on the following terms: 3 - 6 months 10% of the estimated total payable. 1 - 3 months 25% of the estimated total payable. 7 days – 1 month 50% of the estimated total payable. Within 7 days 100% of the estimated total payable.
