Terms and Conditions Groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract by June 15, 2013 and must be consumed by August 31, 2013. Groups must have a minimum of (15) guest-rooms booked and consumed on peak night(s) to take advantage of the “Kimpton Benefits” menu. Promotion is based upon availability and does not apply to groups already contracted at a Kimpton Hotel and/or in conjunction with another promotional offer. All benefits are based upon availability. Discounts on meeting room rental, food & beverage and audio/visual equipment are based upon published rates. Food & Beverage minimums may apply. Benefits are offered for each day of the groups meeting, as long as the group qualifies. Please note that some hotels may not be able to accommodate all of the benefits offered.
