Cancellation Policy
Reservation cancellation terms without penalties being charged are: - 24 hours prior to 2:00 p.m. of the arrival date for the individual guest (less than 5 rooms) - 7 days prior to the group arrival date. In case you do not arrive or your reservation is cancelled with violations of these terms, 100 % of the accommodation fee will be charged as a penalty.
