Rental deposits are 35% of the total rental. That amount can be withheld as a cancellation fee at the facility director's discretion.
Additional Information
The Portland Expo Center added two new Halls to our repertiore. Hall E was built in 1997 and our newest hall, Hall D, was built in 2001. In 2004, TriMet added its Yellow Line providing convenient access to the Expo Center via public transportation.
