Cancellation fees (refers to full and partial cancellations): Cancellation made between 30 and 21 days prior to the arrival date: (rooms and conf. revenue rental) 50 % cancellation fee of total expected revenue Cancellation made between 20 and 7 days prior to the arrival date: (rooms and conf. revenue rental) 80 % cancellation fee of total expected revenue Cancellation made less than 6 days prior to the arrival date or in case of any no show: (total expected revenue incl. F&B) 100% cancellation fee of total expected revenue
